You're right, in this case the load was high, bu tthis happen every time I do
something with Veritas and I can find a lot of logs where the load
rate: 0
pageout rate: 0

Looks like the system is not loaded, an oracle and a
java app is running on it but is not loaded. and this error comes only when I
try to do something with vcs.

I agree with Jim, that is the failure scenario when the system is overloaded
and gab isn't able to communicate

Jim you are correct it probably is load. In the messages file that

A couple points.
- HAD getting recycled by GAB is due to HAD not heart beating with GAB on the
local box. This has pretty much zero to do with LLT
