This is an annoying problem for me too. I cannot understand why
Versions does not use the command line version of SVN as detected and
listed in the preferences and/or why it is so hard to keep Versions in
step with current SVN development. SVN 1.7 is no new thing.

The timeline should probably truncate the list of files committed
updated to ~10 with a link to expand to more. Huge commits lead to
long scrolls down.

When you right click on a remote folder and select "Import..." from
the context menu the subsequent sheet that appears should have folder
you right clicked on selected as the base folder into which
