I am looking for a capture program that can record mpg4 or mpg1/2 and at the
same time display via Xvideo from a v4l source (no v4l2). The whole
thing should work with a 1200MHz CPU. The recording quality should be
at least VHS level. I tried ffmpeg (all supported codecs) for
