Here's one way to get around this:
Create a smart playlist in iTunes and name it "New Vodcast" or whatever
you like. Add a rule for Play Count to equel zero. Also add
a rule that Podcast must be true. Once you've watched a video all
the way through, it will get removed from the list.

you need to increase the "date rate" when encoding your videos. This
will make the file larger (more megabytes), but will look much sharper.
I believe the data rate that Freevlog recommends is 60 kbits per
