Well, while I use the Rode VideoMic and love it, I've heard a lot of
good things about the Technica. My issue with the Technica is that it
doesnt have a shock mount to absorb any bumps or vibrations. Also, the
cable is 3 feet long. You are going to have to wrap that up somehow or
have it dangling
That's been my biggest problem, apparently here in Cincinnati, the
hotbed of the video revolution, there is not a store that carries
Camcorder Mics.I swear sometimes I feel like I am living in
Bedrock.
