This is a shot in the dark, but here's hoping
Can anyone find a DVD copy of *India Song* by Marguerite Duras with English
subtitles?

I've found Italian and Korean but no English thus far

Any thoughts about places to further investigate the emergence of
"collector's editions," besides the catalogs and journal databases?
Thanks!

week when a copy of Werner Herzog’s “Gesualdo” Death for
Five Voices” came across my desk—how many people have even heard of this?)
So three cheers to everyone who contributes to VL and helps us librarians
create wonderful AV collections!

Any thoughts on pros and cons? I'm hesitant to order a duplicate film even
if it has been remastered (we have a film minor program but not major) as I
have to cut spending somewhere
Thanks for your insight!

se the DVD will be
available for checkout in the library for free. I'm curious if other
libraries have this policy too and if so how patrons--including
faculty--reacted when it was adopted. Has it been successful?

because you feel you *should* or another reason?
Thanks for sharing.
