My library has gone a similar route as Sarah mentions where we have some FAQs
for copyright and video, but we don't go into acquisition details because so
much of it ends up being title-by-title investigation. We also moved to an
online form last year for our video requests to help us stream

collection development decision making for streaming! Having recently completed
a literature review specifically on library workflows for streaming video, I
can wholeheartedly agree that this is an area in need of filling in
