I'm not quite sure how how to define "digital literacy," but for what it's
worth, MEF does differentiate between the terms "media literacy" and "media
education." These terms are often used interchangeably, but, in our view, they
are different.

As a producer, we deal mainly in media literacy. The best organization I know
