Nico, I agree with the previous post. It is most likely a auto-negotiate problem. Does the Hub have a console port on the back? It may look like a DB-9 serial port or an Ethernet port or it may look like something else. Regardless of the port it uses, it would be labeled "Console" or "TTY"
