Hi folks... About 10 years ago I yanked the hard drive out of my working IIfx and put her away in the closet. I took her out few weeks ago and decided I missed her so much, I was going to install a new SCSI 7200 RPM drive in her and bring her back to life. The drive arrived (Segate Chetta ST 39

Update! I found a web site with directions on how to pull the power supply which I did. Then I pulled the deck off and removed all the memory and re installed it. Using a can of compressed air, I took away some dust while I was at it. I found two batteries on the motherboard. One was 3.5 volts
