But I have to be honest I never thought I’d ever have to say this even to
an American, but North Wales is not a town or county and
tried to find where North Wales is, but I don't know if it's the one in
Pennsylvania or the one in the United Kingdom. Then again, I'm from Ohio
and I just prefer shipping anyways.

Is it actually 4GB RAM? The label suggests it came with 32MB RAM and a 4GB
HDD. Being a 32-bit CPU, it'd be hard to get 4GB RAM running in it.
