LC no boot no nothing

Hi All New to this list. I had this OT on another list so I just moved here. I have a Macintosh LC I can't get any action at all on it. I took the power supply apart and found the fuse to be good. The voltages are very low each one is less than 1 volt., No chime, fan or any life present at all. Al

If you have a meter with ESR check, check the large line filter capacitor and the smaller electrolytic capacitors in the power supply. One or both is almost certainly your problem. These components simply fail with age. Alternately you could pick up a PSU off Ebay and use it to get the rest of t
