Make sure that your keyboard can ground pin 4 (I think it is pin 4)

capacitor in the PSU need replacement, however I am not familiar with
the IIfx PSU so I cannot be more specific.

I'm having an power/startup issue with a Mac IIFx logic board.
The Pram batteies are new and all capacitors have been replaced.
The board works fine and stable once the Mac IIFx is started with the power
button as the back.
It won't however soft-start with the power button on the
