Couldn't you take the hard drive from the headless mac, make that the primary on the crippled mac, hook the hard drive from the crippled mac up as drive number two and then copy the files to fix it? You'd need a SCSI terminator, I'd think. You would also need to change the drive numbers, so it w

First thing is you should leave the System Folder where it is and don't try making an alias to it. :) It's easy enough to doubleclick the hard drive then locate the System Folder. To install most control panels and extentions just drag them onto the System Folder and it will ask you if you want t
