Sorry if I'm stupid here but when an app is an iPhone app I believe it works on all supported iPhone models, even the 3GS may be listed if the app is iOS 6 or earlier compatible. Now for the iPod Touch yes this is questionable as it does not contain all the features for an iPhone such as GPS.
