News App Annoyance

Hello, When using the native News app on my iPhone 6-plus,Voiceover says "Une the rotor to access headings" after selecting a story to read and advancing through it. It happens whenever there is a break in the text like a title, paragraph, etc.. Using the rotor doesn't seem to help.
