As promised, I am back with my findings. This may sound very weird, because it
was weird to me, but when I went into my account tonight I found out that my
fitbit had not been paired via Bluetooth to my iPhone. I have the new iPhone 7
and though the fit bit was connected, it was not

did, however, have to install the Alexa app on my iPhone 6 in order to
get the Echo activated.
Unfortunately, the size of the app keeps growing because all of the

I would do an encryption backup with iTunes if you have a pc. By doing an
encryption backup it will save your passwords and everything just as your
iPhone is when you do the encryption backup.
The encryption backup is better to do then the iCloud backup.

need to be replaced. When this has happened in the past, I had to download
all of my apps again and put the apps into the correct folder. When you
