Going off of memory, but I’m pretty sure there’s an export option in Downcast settings where you can generate an OPML file with all your subscription feeds to import into another app or backup. I think you can even import directly from Overcast. I’m not entirely sure about that though.

I buy the New Trent Apple certified lightning cables from Amazon and they last me a long long time. The part that plugs into the device is thicker made than regular lightning cables. The price is outstanding too.
