Hi everyone,
I made the mistake of installing the most recent version of the
facebook app, and since then, I can only see two posts from any given
group I'm in. I'll go into the group's page, and no matter what I do,
I can only see two posts before I'm at the tabs along the bottom of
the screen.

Hi Vicki,
The 5c doesn't have Touch ID. The 5s is the first one that does.

Does touch ID have to do more with the phone or the IOS. My phone is pretty
old, a 5C, but I am hoping to get a new one pretty soon.
I'm just not sure which one yet.

Hi Vicki,
You could be right. Setting up a passcode is pretty easy, and using it is even
easier if your phone has Touch ID.

Doesn't health data only work if you have a passcode on your phone? I think I
was told that by someone.
I haven't had a passcode on my phone, so I could never get it to work right.

Hello Harry,
That's a good question, and I don't know the answer. It may be that if you turn
on Keychain, the same passwords are saved as in an iTunes backup. My
understanding is that health data is not part of iCloud backups in iOS 10, so
that would still be an advantage of an encrypted
I'd suggest you download the free app called Boop Light Detector.
Run that first and see what it indicates for light over the items you want to
use Seeing AI on.
It gives off beeps and the faster and higher pitched, the brighter the light.
Then, as Donna suggested, make sure in the menu,
When you downloaded the appdid you allow the app to have access to the camera?
Have you gone into settings & turned off the light? When installed the light on
the camera is automatically set to on. If you have turned off the light you
will have to make sure the room you are in is brightly lit.

Hi, Everyone.
I'm running IOS10.3.3 and for the past few days, Seeing AI hasn't
recognized anything. Do I need to adjust screen brightness, or turn on
a light, or anything? I have no usable vision, so am not sure how the
presence of, or lack of, a light source affects things.
Thanks,
Dani
