I must’ve missed this game. What is it called? Sounds like something I would

After you take your picture, turn on Narrator.
After Narrator, focus on the picture file, and press shift+caps lock+D.
Narrator will use an on line service to describe the picture enough to know

I’m fairly new to this app so I don’t know why you can get 1521 words out of a
puzzle. I would think the same thing I don’t know why when I choose ogre for
example it will automatically add the plural word to it. There is a podcast on
AppleVis demoing this app.

Even using the most liberal rules, how one can get 1521 words out of the
selection shown in Maria's original post, I, simply, can't imagine!

You may want to check the VO volume setting itself, but also under settings,
sounds, make sure that change with buttons is off.

Arnold,
I thought I tried that but apparently not enough. I can finally hear VO but
not very loud. At least I know I may not need to visit the Apple store after
all.
I will go and see if I can change the volume more but at least I know VO works
without using the headset.
Thanks so

My iPhone 8 does it too, and it is really loud! I have a case on the back and
sides of the phone but nothing on the front. Pressing the power button usually
switches it back to the earpiece.

I'm having this issue as well. I'm running an iPhone 6 under iOS 11.2.5 with
an Otterbox Defender case. What kind of case (if any) of the other people with
