Hi all, A few years ago I purchased a song using the iTunes app. The song disappeared from my iPhone several months after that. I tried to redownload the song but no joy. The song no longer appears in a search with iTunes. Apple accessibility support tried to find the song but to no avail.

This is correct. Go to: MenuBar > Window > Previous Recipients. Once the Previous Recipients window is opened, VoiceOver focus should be in a search edit field, where either a previous recipient’s name or email address may be entered to help find the address to be deleted from the list. HTH. -
