For brail users please do NOT update to ios16.5 and report to Apple
accessibility NOW, do it NOW!
The thumb keys of the brail display functioning as panning keys do not work
as they should, if you press them, sometimes they do mostly they don't.
This bug has been introduced in ios16.5.
