Does anybody have trouble getting responses from support for VoiceDream Reader
now that it has been required? When I email to report bugs now I get no reply
at all, not even that they are working on fixing the problem.

Not a problem here, because if the deadbolt stays locked, they can't get out.
Nor can they get in.

And, if you don't remember the gesture, just ask Siri to take a screen shot.
Worked for me the other day.

My only complaint with door levers is that they are harder to babyproof.
Little kids can so easily pull on a door lever.

No, the screen is locked, but instead of hitting the stop button, you're
hitting the lock screen button, which also snooze is the alarm

Carolyn,
You don't really even have to open or turn on your phone, when the alarm goes
off, pick up your phone, either flick up or down, or what I do, is just swipe
left to right, and the only options I have is to snooze or stop. If I want to
snooze, I double tab on that, or if I want to stop
So, then, I just tapped my phone, but if I open and flick, I can go to Stop?

I just tapped the phone, the alarm stopped, I was glad. I jumped out of bed to
start my day. Then, Snooze went off. I tapped on it, and thank goodness, it

That is good advice for me to be sure, to make sure Snooze is off.

OK. In the past, I've gotten Siri to set, but it will be worth it to go into
the thing, so I can be sure I won't have to deal with Snooze.

Hi All,
I am a real fan of the snooze on my alarm on my phone, and I love it!
Although, I do press the snooze button several times before I finally get out
of bed. I also do understand some people just don't like that though. When my
alarm goes off, I have the option to press the snooze
Carolyn and others, What does disabling snooze by me? I would think that you
could avoid it by just not hitting the snooze button, but it sounds like there
might be some advantage to this that I'm not aware of.

Just make sure you toggle it off whenever you create an alarm.

I don't think it has to do with updates, if you create an alarm and make sure
snooze is off for that alarm then as long as you use that same alarm it should
be off. If you create a new alarm it's probably going to be on which I believe
might be the default and I don't think you can change the
I don't think having the snooze switch on or off really makes a difference, as
long as you hit the stop button when a bird goes off. I just adjusted this on
my alarm to see if it makes a difference the next time I said it. I know that
if you hit the lock button, it will automatically snooze.

Carolyn,
Anytime you are creating a new alarm, just swipe down past the time to snooze &
confirm that snooze is turned off. If you do this while setting up the alarm
time then you shouldn't have to do it later.

Snooze, or is a way to eliminate, what to me, is totally annoying. I like to
sleep as long as I can, and when the clock goes off, get up and go for my day!

Carolyn,
Find & open the Clock app. Swipe down to the alarm time in which you want to
turn off Snooze. Flick on the time until you get to Edit, then tap to expand.
Swipe down to Snooze & tap to toggle OFF. Tap on Save at the top of the page.
Tap on BACK to go to the list of your alarms to find
I literally despise Snooze, thought I had it off, but this
morning, I was bothered with the thing. So, my question is,
please, what is it that I do to turn the thing off forever?
I mean, I realize it could come back again with an update,
but what can I do to turn it off as long as possible?

I've got loads of audio books in voice dream reader. It is great.
Audio dramas also work very well in VDR as well. I've never used
voice dream scanner, or voice dream writer because I've never needed
them at this time. It is so nice to be able to use iTunes to share
