I'm so sorry, Kim. You've gotten some good suggestions. One thing I do is tto look at my phone and computer, if both are out, it's wifi. Same for Alexa, if all my stuff stops working at the same time, then I know it's the internet, not the device. You can also just assume the light is showing "

Yes, that is very sad news and I cannot imagine the loss … I echo Jody’s recommendation of Be My Eyes AI channel. I just checked our modem and it informed me that there is a vertical series of lights all illuminated green which usually means proper functionality or some statement like that.
