Hello Robin,
Thomas made those demos when Shortcuts was first added to iOS in around 2017.
They were excellent at one time, but things have changed a lot since then. It
is still possible to create shortcuts to play Overcast episodes, but I couldn't
find any way to do it just now except to
I have seen some posts on fb iphone groups about this issue.

If that doesn't help do a Reset Network Settings and if that doesn't help you
may have to reset your phone and restore from backup, sounds like something may
have gone wrong with your update.

I am in Canada and I just asked one of my Sonos speakers where I have Alexa
installed to play " KUHF radio".
Alexa came back and said playing Houston public media or something like that

I installed the latest 17.4 public beta on my iPhone, and I'm having serious
issues across the board. voiceOver performance is awful, especially when
unlocking the phone and changing home screens. VoiceOver is very quiet much of
the time, and not speaking when it did in the past. Gestures like
I asked Alexa about the first dodger training game of the season and she said that it’s happening this coming Thursday. Yay! Then when I said, thank you, she said something went wrong. Funny. Maybe I shouldn’t be so courteous. Ha ha.On Feb 17, 2024, at 2:02 PM, RichardPetty wrote:Good to know.

This week for whatever reason Alexa ceased to connect to the local public radio
stream, even though Alexa has made the connection for years. I typically
opened the stream by asking Alexa to play KUHF, which are the station’s call
letters. That’s no longer possible. Alexa repeats incorrect call
Hi,
I'm taking my first baby steps into creating shortcuts. I listened to an
AppleVis podcast by Thomas on the basics. From the Siri tones, it was obvious
that this was a bit dated, probably from IOS 16. Nevertheless, the demo he did
was creating a shortcut from within Overcast to play the
Has anyone used Quick Time Player on the Mac to make ring tones?
