I would check with the folks at GoodMaps about that. I thought their markers were for bluetooth beacons… I’m blanking right now on the app that kind of does what you are talking about, but it was for creating a path within a building from point a to point b. It used the camera. Someone els

I believe the app Richard is talking about is called "CLEW".  Essentually you walk somewhere indoors holding the iphone in front of you. When you reach your destination, the app creates a set of verbal directions you can use to retrace the path you just walked.  As best I know, it is a free app. Da
