One major issue with Twitterific is that it doesn't sync your read place in
lists. No big deal if you don't use Twitter lists, but many power users of
Twitter do.

For what it's worht, TweetList put out an updated app not long ago and
it is now called TweetList 4, which is version 4. This is important
since it works with the newer twitterAPI's and better on iOS 7.
TweetList works great if you use lists in Twitter. I like it a lot
