trouble with back tap
Hi I have an iPhone 11 with an otterBox symmetry case and just enable back tap
can’t get it to work for me any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong or
any reason why this might not be working.

I have an iPhone X and a second generation SE both in silicone cases, and back
tap works just fine. I know some Otterbox cases are pretty thick, though. You
might want to try taking the phone out of the case to see if back tap works. If
it does, you'll know that the case is the pro
It is my understanding, backtap doesnt work if the phone is in a case.
