them symptoms, they will give you advice which will help the most common
problems that said symptoms represent. If their suggestions do not work, call
back and report what happened. Then, they can suggest something
I had a similar situation, I called AppleCare support for disabilities, and
they said to reset the phone. I already done so… turned out there was something
wrong with the equivalent of a motherboard. I don't know what they call it for
Apple products. I turned my old phone in, and received a new
version of iOS 7.
