Voice Dream is the best. I always download files such as movies or TV
shows with DVS from my NAS via the File Browser app and have them open
in VD and don't' even bother with iT

The developer seems to be called Webtechies. The app has changed its name a few
times so that might account for the confusion. Try mp3 music downloader free.
