Hi Chip,
While it is true that by default do not disturb is set to behave this way, you
can actually go into the settings
through the "do not disturb"

Hi Kimberly,
The only way that this would be possible is if your carrier somehow signals
your device the calls were missed while the device was not connected to their
network. I am with T-Mobile and this is never been the case for me. What are

I'm not doubting your explanation re airplane mode, but why then do I
see a notification that someone called the next time I turn off
airplane mode? It seems like if the phone can log a notification it
should be able to log that a call was missed as well.

Hello all,
The situation the Kimberly describes is normal and expected behavior since the
phone was in airplane mode. Airplane mode means that all the radios, including

Hi,
I’ve seen something similar. I have my land line forwarded to my iPhone and I
have selected several contacts set as favorites. I then turn on Do Not Disturb
which prevents the iPhone from ringing for every Tom, Dick and Harry
telemarketer from interrupting me. Anyway, a few weeks ago,, I
Hello Kimber,
Yes, I have seen this behavior and it is normal. When a phone is in
airplane mode, only voicemails received will be shown. A recent call
will not be shown since the phone is not able to receive calls in this
mode. Missed and all calls incoming and outgoing are only registered
when
This morning I noticed something strange going on with my recent calls
list on my iPhone7. My phone was set to air plane mode because I was
in a situation where I absolutely could not be disturbed. When I
turned off air plane mode I saw that I had a voicemail from my vet's
office. Strangely
