Does anyone know if it’s possible to charge the Apple Watch with the 12W
adaptor you get with iPads? I’m curious, since I have one for charging my 6
Plus, and would like to use only one charger to charge all 3 devices. I’m
pretty sure the extra wattage for that charger is to much for the
to the watch's
adapter though. They all feel the same, and it would be hard to tell them
apart.

Hi,
The Apple Watch user guide says you can connect the included charger with an
iPhone or iPad charger, so I think you'll be okay using the iPad one.
