Guys, thanks everyone, the problem is successfully solved. If anybody
comes to this obstacle, the solvation is to create an apple id through
the appstore. Simply go and try to install an application, and when it
asks you for apple id, go to create a new, and it will go as it
should.
Thanks again
Fair enough but what if you don't have a credit card? This is why they allow
you to redeem an iTunes gift card and bypass the payment details altogether.

offered with that option, you'll need to create another Apple ID
from the AppStore by downloading some free app. Be careful to choose
'none' as payment method while you're doing this.

When I spoke with Apple Accessibility in the last couple months about this,
they said you have to enter credit card info so they can confirm it is really
you, then you can go back in and update the credit card info to be none.
A coworker successfully did this and all was fine.
In either case,
@Gordan A... Unfortunately, I thought so:/. Thanks a lot anyway

Hi
When creating an Apple ID for the first time, a person has to enter credit card
info. Once the New Account has been created, the person can go to Settings,
iTunes & App store & edit their account to show No credit card on file. This
may work if an iTunes card is used at the time of creating
Hi to all
My friend bought an IPhone 6s, but she can't enter her apple id. When
ever she trys, it asks her for credit card, or something like that,
and she doesn't want to enter payment details. When I had iPhone, I
crossed that "bridge", through the appstore, by trying to install an
application,
