question about Face Book Messinger. I can not get the voice chat to
work. It is sending voice chats. However, when someone sends me a
voice messege on Face Book Messenger, I am not able to open it up.

It's a bug with VoiceOver and this feature. My sighted friends in my
private group on Messenger can play my voicemails just fine but my
visually impaired ones can't.
