Well I have to say the hard reset did fix the issue on my phone and like I said
that's not the only thing that they said to me. They ran a diagnostic on my
phone as well to make sure it was still running normal so that's why told you
guys, that you should go and call them and get them to run a
I turned off background app refresh, and my battery has been lasting as long as
before the update. I can’t remember who suggested it, but I thank whomever it

Hello Simon, I restore is whenever you hook your phone up to iTunes and hit the
restore button. This will set your phone to factory defaults meaning send you
