I don’t really remember how to delete an app. Can someone tell me please? I
am sure it is simple, but still forgot.

You can delete apps that you place on the phone and not the built-in ones. To
delete an app, double-tap and hold it until you hear the rising tones. Now
double-tap it and you'll get a tone with a confirmation message. Then press the
home key once you've deleted to get out of that edi
Double tap and hold on the app, let go when it says moving app, double
tap on the app again and double tap on the delete button. Finally press
home to return from editing mode.
