Hi.
I upgraded to iOS 16 Monday night, and noticed that Alex at 50% seemed
significantly slower. I changed the rotar to speaking rate, and increased it to
55%. It was speaking a lot faster, so I was hoping to go somewhere in between.

Go to accessibility voiceover, and then go down to speech rate under speech rate, you can double tap and hold and move it. However, it’s very touchy. I had to be very patient and move my finger very slowly to get it to move for me. It’s rather all over the place so it’s not like a picker. Just be p

Sadly, 5% is the smallest increment of change and that as you found is only if
it is on the rotor.

You can play with the slider in the accessibility/VoiceOver settings, but it
takes some double tapping and holding and sliding up/down and messing
