out of a folder in the traditional way with double tap hold and slide your
finger. Using the new way, instead of using the home button to close the

Hello lifters: I am puzzling over something.
How do you move an app from inside a folder I don't see a way to do it except
to use the old way move the messages out of that folder then move it with the
new method.
Any suggestions?

Did you use the scrub gesture as richard suggests? Or did you use the home
button to close the folder? My experiment was with using the home button. And
it definitely closed my session. But I'm going to try to scrub gesture as
richard has suggested and suspect

I am not seeing this. If I elect an app to move inside of a folder and then
close the folder and navigate to a different folder, I can still move it. If I
use the action menu and flick down, the option, add X app to X folder is
available. I just did this twice on my iPhone 7.
