Hi all,
For some reason, my Wi-Fi won't connect. I called my provider to verify if
everything is OK and they confirmed the Wi-Fi is working just fine. I
tested with my netbook and it connects. So, my Wi-Fi is working. My
problem seems to be in the phone. I am tempted to reset the network
Before resetting the network settings, go in to settings, wifi, to see if your
wifi router is even displayed. If so, double-tap on the information button
following the wifi source and double-tap forget device. After doing this, try
connecting to the router as a new device. If that doesn't work,

Hi David,
I followed your instructions to the word. I finally had to reset network
settings as the forget didn't work. When I reset, I went in and it
connected right away. Hope it lasts. You are a genious.

The next step I would follow is to go to the router manufacturer's website and
download the latest firmware update for the router. Follow the instructions to

: Not connecting to Wi-Fi, Help!
It depends on the router and the manufacturer's website. If both are
accessible, plan on half an hour or so (if you are technically competent).
Otherwise, at least an hour and a pair of eyes may well be necessary.
