Hi, Go to: Settings / Mail / Notifications / Customize Notifications Then double tap your mail account name and make sure that Alerts is turned on. Having Alerts turned off here is the usual problem re getting incoming mail sounds. I hope this solves it for you. Dave Clement Winnipeg MB
