Hello Eric. Southwest is a wonderful airline except for their app. The app
doesn't use the passbook or the lock screen. You can retrieve your pass in the
app, get it in a text message or get it in a photo. I wish that Southwest would
make its app work like the American Airlines app.

So far Walgreens is the only one that works. Not sure where to go to see

I'm exploring the PassBook app that comes on the iPhone. There
doesn't seem to be much info about how to use it. Also, anyone
use SquareWallet?
Any info that can help me understand how these apps are used
would be appreciated.

Just a short note to let you know that those of us who could not access the

Apple has been steadily updating the back end of the App Store so give it a
try.

I now have a list of apps that work with PassBook. I have two of them on

Upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 6. Cannot get Passbook to work. I select it and
get a dialog box saying "cannot connect to iTunes Store." I can open the

I actually tried the workaround and it did work for me. However, it takes a few

moving your device ahead a year, attempting to activate the button in the

This is not an accessibility issue.

I haven't checked out the web page below, but Passbook is a way to store
and manage tickets, coupons and loyalty cards. It's dynamic, so plane
delays will be reflected in your plane tickets and boarding passes. It's
also location sensitive, so if you have a coupon or loyalty car
out there?
Thanks

Hi Peter,
I called Apple about this. The deal is there must be apps to support Passbook.
Until that happens, the behavior you are seeing is the way it works for now.
Once apps support Passbook, you can purchase, for example, movie tickets and
the information will be transferred to Passbook
When I go into passbook ... it has some text of what it is .. then a button for
the App Store. If that is selected, it goes to the App Store and tells me it
can't connect, I ok that, and then it goes to the App Store ... Is this really
what it should be doing?
