Since upgrading to IOS 9.02 the voice quality of VO is not great. I explored
the settings and didn't find what I needed. Any suggestions as to how to tweak

I actually agree with this. Personally, I find the compact voice sounds better
to my ears. The high-quality voice just seems to have a hissy quality to it. I
