One thing to keep in mind is that you can have a separate Apple ID for
apps and for iCloud services. This is especially useful if you are in a
family who has multiple iDevices. All of you can use one Apple ID for
app purchases and the like, but each of you can use your own Apple ID
for iCloud,
Is it talking about the password to set up keychain? If so this is
actually a 4 digit passcode that you must enter on your device. No
passcode, no keychain.
