double tap on camera roll and pick a picture.

Tap the camera roll as that is a folder with your pictures in. Then there's
a button near the bottom called actions, so tap that, then you can go down
the list of pictures to tap and select one or two; then go back to the
action list at the bottom and say what you want, email, can't remember h
