Traci, I'm sure you will get varying opinions on this but personally, I feel that AirPlay audio sounds quite a bit better than BT audio although it seems that BT 4.0 has had some improvement. Airplay also doesn't have the range limitation that Bluetooth does which is usually about 33 feet.
