Debbie, the first step is to get your voice memos transferred to iTunes where
they should be easily convertible to mp3 format using iTunes. The below link
has a good article on how to transfer the voice memos from your phone to iTunes:

I'm not sure what computer system you're using, but, I'd get them on to it,
pull them in to audacity export them from there as MP3's. Just be aware that
M4A is a compressed format converting them to MP3 will compress them even
further. If sound loss isn't any big deal, this should
