Sieghard - The app seems OK on the phone- because I downloaded it straight
to the phone yesterday. I just now deleted the app from iTunes on the PC,
but when I looked at the iTunes media folder under My Music, it does not
show

When you deleted Digit-Eyes from iTunes you were probably asked if you also
wanted to move it to the recycle bin. Maybe you don't recall, but if you
said yes
I would delete it completely from itunes and your phone and then redownload
it, this will most likely fix your problem and as long as you haven't
changed Apple Id's you will not be charged again..
