I personally find it much easier to install apps via the phone.
If you decide to give it a go, come back if you're not sure what to do
I use jaws 13 also. What I do is find the volume button by tabbing around, then
I tab a couple more times, and it will say downloading one item or two items.
Tab again, and I can find out how long it takes to download. After that, I sync
it to the phone, and it installs.
