Scanning can be done using Voice Dream Scanner. Signing, though, I’d say get Adobe Reader from the App Store, then use AIRA to help in signing it. She’ll need to get TeamViewer beforehand, before calling AIRA, to maximize use of the free five minutes. So, she’d scan the document to read it, and
