There was no charge to upgrade to the full version. I just wanted to have no
unwanted surprises on the debit card.

When I put apps back on my phone at one stage, I ended up getting List
Recorder (Light) and then upgrading again, but even though I thought I'd be
charged, I then got a message that I'd already purchased this app so it was
fine.
I expect the same will hold true for you.
